[WSCSS] Holocaust Writing/Art Contest - deadline approaching!

Open to students in grades 5-12 in the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, AK)

 

CONTEST QUESTION: 
Think of a person affected by the Holocaust who you will remember for a long
time. (This might be someone you have read about, studied, seen in a movie,
or even met.)

Writing: Write a multi-paragraph letter to this person explaining why he or
she is hard to forget.

Art: Create a piece of art for this person that depicts something you have
learned.
