[WSCSS] Civics Education Forum can be viewed on TVW's website

Earlier this month the WSCSS co-sponsored a Civics Education Forum in
Olympia, part of which was televised on TVW. If you are interested, you
can view it online as follows. Thanks to Paula Fraser of the WSCSS,
Caleb Perkins of OSPI, David Johnson of TVW, Catherine Ahl of the League
of Women Voters of Washington, and all the other members of the planning
